- Introduce the history and culture of calligraphy
- Introduce the tools of calligraphy, writing brush, ink stick, paper, and ink stone
- Demonstrate the standard writing posture
- Demonstrate order of strokes in writing and practise the basic strokes
- Practise writing characters such as “一，二，三，十，大，小，天，水，火”
- Choose your favorite characters to practise
- Write “福” or New Year couple
