We accept payment by direct bank transfer or credit card (incurs 1.4% surcharge). Course fees are required to be paid in full prior to commencing the course. We do not keep customer credit card details and do not surcharge any more than financial institute surcharges us.
If there is difficulty paying the fees, please kindly contact our staff member to discuss alternative payment plan which may be arranged to individual circumstances.
Students enrol to the course and take the classes as per course design. Casual bookings or pro-rata weeks bookings are not accepted. However for private courses, flexibility may be discussed.
Cancellation and Refunds
Course fees are non-refundable once a course commences. Refunds will only be provided if the course is cancelled by MoTai Mandarin.
Refunds are available if the cancellation is requested before the course commences, however a 10% management and administration fees will be applied.
Courses will be conducted according to the date and the time as outlined in enrolment details. Group course rescheduling including any individual class of the course is not available.
Individual classes of the private courses may be rescheduled subjecting to teacher’s availability if requested one week in advance. Classes rescheduled to outside of business hours (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm) will incur additional charge of the 20% of the hourly rate.
Students unable to attend the scheduled classes are at the students’ responsibility.
MoTai Mandarin reserves the right to reschedule a class if the teacher is sick or when emergency situation occurs.
MoTai Mandarin reserves the right to change teachers before or after the course starts.
