We accept payment via direct bank transfer or credit card which will incurs 1.4% surcharge. Course tuition is required to be paid in full prior to course commencement. We do not keep customer credit card details and do not surcharge any more than financial institute surcharges MoTai Mandarin.
If there is any difficulty paying the fees, please kindly contact our staff member to discuss alternative payment plan which may be arranged to individual circumstances.
Student enrol course and take classes as per course design. Casual bookings or pro-rata weeks bookings are not accepted.
Student enrol course by its designed hours. Extra hours may be required for completion depending on individual circumstances. While student is recommended to enrol the course in full, partial enrolment can be arranged if requested. Note: minimum booking of 10 hours applies for each enrolment.
Cancellation and Refunds
Course fees are non-refundable once a course commences. Refunds will only be provided if the course is cancelled by MoTai Mandarin.
Refunds are available if the cancellation is requested before the course commences, however a 10% management and administration fees will be applied.
Course is conducted according to the date and time outlined in enrolment details. Class rescheduling is not available. Student unable to attend the scheduled class is at the student’s responsibility. Private catch-up class can be arranged on request but will incur extra fees.
Individual classes may be rescheduled subject to teacher’s availability if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Class requested to be rescheduled to outside of business hours (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm) will incur additional fees of the 20% of the hourly rate. Student unable to attend the scheduled class is at the student’s responsibility.
MoTai Mandarin reserves the right to reschedule class if the teacher is sick or when emergency situation takes place.
MoTai Mandarin reserves the right to change teachers before or after the course starts.
