MoTai had a wonderful evening at Small Business Digital 101: China online seminar fortnight ago. Thanks for City of Sydney holding this event. It was great to have the panels: Nicolas Chu, CEO, Sinorbis; Alison Airey, Australia China Business Council; Paul Davidson, Co-Founder, Koala Eco; Rin Sadykov, Co-Founder, Cozitrip, sharing their experience and insights about the topic.
Great to hear the panels mentioned cultural factors behind Chinese digital business etiquette. No matter learning Chinese language or observing Chinese social norms, finding the way of raising cultural awareness is necessary. It was nice to have conversations with panels and happy to know they are all progressing on Mandarin learning.
It was also pleasant to meet professionals/business owners who work with Chinese market. Some of them mentioned their anecdotes in communicating with Chinese customers and the difficulties of learning Mandarin. Through sharing some common sense on language and culture essentials in business activities, MoTai showed a welcoming attitude to the guests. We promise the high quality of our group class and the offer of tailor made one-to-one sessions for who is in need of business Mandarin training in addition to our weekly general Mandarin Chinese class.
